I got a offer from a company they are giving 14LPA base salary in bangalore, I've 2 years of experience as a Developer, is the salary good keeping in mind the market trend these days?
Hey , how you got the offer I am applying on naukri and instahyre but didn't getting any response.
My tech stack is
React, html , css ,js and have 2 yrs experience
Can suggest anything
Bro I'd say it's all luck, I've been applying for 3-4 months... I've been in the same situation, didn't get any response, and there were interviews which went very well but still got me rejected, the market is really F'ed up, it's all about luck, I got rejected so many times that I'm still having a fear of getting my offer revoked 😂 Let's hope for the best, all the best to you keep applying as much as you can
Yes bro it's tough now . Which platforms you use... How you got this offer.
I think you selected the second option. Imo, this is a great package for 2yrs of experience. Sure a few people might get a bit more than you a bit earlier than you, but that doesn’t take away anyway from the fact that this is a great package.
Be grateful and try to make sure that your work speaks for you. All the best.
Thanks a lot man
