Got an SDE internship at Amazon RBS(retail business) team at Bangalore. Are they offering PPOs?
Basically the title. Given the new round of layoffs, I'm feeling uncertain.

I have a summer internship at Amazon this summer, just want to know how the overall scenario is. Is it team dependent, or is there a blanket rule to not give PPOs now? Or are they giving offers? Also how is the work culture there now, after the layoffs?

As far as I know, yes. On campus placements seem relatively unaffected by the climate - however off campus hires are nearly completely shut.
My org has taken on 5 interns since Jan this year - all are eligible for conversion.
Work culture is exactly the same as it was before the layoffs
