Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.
I was in same situation 2 years back. You'll mostly get opportunities from startups only. Also be prepared for interviews as competition is cut-throat now. Worker leverage is dead for next 5 years IMO so don't push much during salary negotiations. Hope this helps
