Fishbowl is filled with people saying DI has bad WLB and culture. Is it true for Tech roles as well?
I have an offer to join their Tech and transformation team as a full stack engineer. Wondering if I should go ahead? One other offer I have is from Thoughtworks but the pay is same.

Full stack dotnet. Actually they interviewed me for senior associate since they couldnt match my ask they changed to Manager designation. I asked close to 34 lpa. They wouldnt budge.
