Yes EPAM is anyday better than Cognizant. EPAM mostly offer high salary & also have good clients like Google, Walmart, Expedia etc. EPAM's interview process is also very competitive. To get into EPAM candidate needs to clear minimum 4-5 rounds of interview apart from client round.
