From the last two years, I am not using instagram. Sometime I use reddit or twitter but not that much.

Honestly asking, how do you keep up with the trends (not cringe memes but like what's going around you locally), i follow some local pages of my city which helps me deliver the local news of happenings around me or even worldwide (different page), do you use some kind of other news apps/sites or what's it like, I feel like missing out if I'm off insta, just curious.
For news, I use Twitter. Twitter has raw news.
I've enjoyed 7 years of peace by staying away from Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and most social apps.
These platforms often feel like a never-ending showcase of people's achievements and possessions, rather than an authentic reflection of reality.

Exactly the reason I deactivated Instagram. It's been a year now. Don't even feel the need to ever go back.
Been a week since I deactivated my Instagram account to get rid of the continuous doom scrolling addiction. My focus on work has improved slightly. I have been having much more positive vibes throughout the day. Anyone else felt the same?
