Is it even worth the hustle?

Folks, I have been into Software engineering for a year now and the situation currently is depressing. Layoffs happening, hiring freezes and slow increments are talk of the town. I just want to ask is this even worth learning all of this? I know I am very new to this industry but I just want to listen to others'take on this.

Any filed you go ( Job, Biz, Spirituality , persuing passion etcetc ) . " You Have To Hustle" in order to grow. In IT you may see Layoffs ,Slow Hiring, Hike Not like Covid period etc as Depressing point. Other fields will have there own difficulties. ( Ask the veterans) .

The only thing that make difference is whether you have a passion/intrest/ for the thing for which hustling or not . If no , then you will start regret and feel exhausted very soon. ( think about those days when someone ask you to go somewhere which you don't like. That day you will feel who road is so overcrowded even though there is hardly any traffic on road
Ex : Married people going to shopping with Wife on month end)

If you have passion for that thing, the Hustle won't bother you much as you wil be focusing on your target.

So whole point is
"find something you fell your hustle I worth".

I learnt it hard way
