it's a good time and you're severely underpaid, don't stop at one offer after you get one offer then drop your papers and start applying aggressively everywhere you deserve minimum 200% hike on your current ctc.

Data Engineer with 2 years of experience

I’m working on pyspark, sql technologies from 2.3 years in one organisation but I want to switch now, What will be better for me leave now or wait till 3 years of experience. Also what is market situation for Data Engineer field.
