Issues with Icici savings account opening

I wanted to open just a regular savings account in ICICI after being frustrated with SBI. So I went through videos and their website, and found they have regular savings account with 10k and 25k mab, so I just wanted to open the 10k MAB account and applied on their site. But the representative told me that they are only able to open Family 360 account and I wont need to maintain any balance since I have a credit card with enough limit and that regular savings account is not available in metro cities. But honestly I dont want any of that and just a regular savings account, anyone faced this issue?
