Will most of the people will lose their job because of age factor? Younger workforce will throw out most of the 40s workers?
Yup. Who would bet on old, sick and slow horses.
There can be other factors, younger ppl can’t be blamed for this.
Young folks as long as they don’t go woke, the older folks will go broke
It's always survival of fittest and situation worsens due to population in our country. New retirement age in private sector unofficially eill be 40 years. Upskilling and finding multiple source of income can help anyone sustain. For today's 20s, this unofficial retirement age can be 35+. Irony is avg.life span is increasing. A lot needs to change for sure.
