Job market
Guys..how is the job market in India currently, I heard people are getting less call for interview now a days ..is it so ?
Its end of tech bros dream run, the chuttad bhayyas and didis creating tik tok reels of slurping drinks and gorging on free gourmet food in faang campus caught eye of executives and they said to themselves we are paying too much for these woke code monkeys
India is so bad in this regard. Too many YouTube influencers teaching people to get into tech and too many fucking engineers. And average developer really has no hope.
Extremely bad... probably the worst phase...too much gap between jobs and job seekers along with quality and pay
It is bad globally. The market, even bitcoin is thriving. Companies are laying off even though revenue is increasing
Pretty rough right now, I've had 3 last round rejections in past 3 months. A first round rejection where I answered everything perfectly. HR's trying to lowball, avoiding 60 day notice periods like the plague, ghosting for no reason. You'll get immune to getting rejected pretty soon when you start searching, is all I'm gonna say.
