Job Recommendations for Entry Level UI / UX designer

Hey all, my cousin just completed his design degree. How do I get him onboard the corporate train? Getting a job for product design (in tech or the industrial side) is bit difficult for a fresher in 2023. Any advice?

Most of the people I know generally go like this

Internship -> fte in same -> switch after a year of 1.5 years

This is an easier path because all associate product design roles rn need +1 year of experience
