Job switch in current market trends

Hi I have completed 3 years in Infosys, got H1B visa initiated, stamping is pending and got IJP too but with less learning and no hikes, decided to switch, currently serving notice period.

Having 5.5 yoe, got almost 67% hike including variable pay. I wanted to get into a prod based company, with good benefits and job security. But now my client wanted to hire me, didn't discuss anything on compensation yet, what to do, they might not offer more than 20% compared to current offer.

And once they decide I can't negotiate again, still i am having 1.5 months left for my LWD. Is it OK to accept this offer or do I need to look for any other offer.

Client is forcing to confirm in 2-3 days.

Most of the companies are mentioning that there is no budget for my expected CTC or else they won't come back after taking details.

What to do in this kind of situation, kindly suggest
