So I'm a Marketing & Growth Guy with 7 years of experience (Expertise - Performance Marketing) and currently working for Company abroad as a Growth Lead for one of their projects. I get 2.5 Lacs (In Hand) every month as a salary.
Now the problem is, they hired me last year April. And product isn't ready till now. Whenever it is about to be ready, there's a new pivot that comes across and I go completely free. I've done only 2-3 mini campaigns.
Also, its WFH so I've plenty of free time. And I'm wasting it by sleeping in the afternoon. It's like I'm getting free salary without doing anything. Recently I've started actively swing trading in Stock Market and have got 2 small freelancing projects - Just to keep myself busy.
With this, I'm obviously not learning anything at work and also, there's a sense of insecurity that I'll be laid off anytime.
What should I do? Leave it? Or continue my guilty pleasure? My age is 29 and I would want to move towards stability.

If you want stability, apply for faang type jobs. Stocks and benefits will set you for life. But what you're doing correctly is also good enough with trading and freelance.

Yes I would love to continue like this. But I feel I’m not growing. And also, there’s sense of insecurity here. Ideally it should have been secure job with similar setup or less work.
What you could consider is starting your own agency/ consultancy. Maybe hire 2-3 people. Just 3-4 clients and you'll have a similar life but ownership of your work and faster growth.
Just find partners that can fill your gaps - finance/accounting and sales/marketing.
I have a laundry list of queries coming in every few weeks for good performance marketers. I can refer them to you if you like, but you'll need to prepare case studies and a decent brand presence.
This sounds like my dream job. But try picking up a skill? Could be learning a software- you never know where you can find your interest. No one has this much time- you use it learn something as long as this money is enough
