Maybe soon I'll be get laid of by my firm as layoff is ongoing in company and manager also keeping distance from last some days. How to handle this situation.
Got laid off a few days back. Now feeling a little helpless and tensed.
The company's HR said that they are laying me off because of poor performance and they said that despite continuous feedback sessions (which they did not even conduct nor give me any suggestions/feedback) my performance did not improve. :)
In moments like these, just take a deep calm breathe and tell to yourself - inki maa ka bho*sda.
And work harder than you have ever worked. Prove your haters wrong
