Long term career in tech

I feel data science and analytics has glass ceiling in tech , maximum people can go is head of data and analytics and salary is max 1.5 cr for Indian startup and people will be laid with more experience for analytics . I feel to have stable career in tech cto and engineering has better long term career as salary can be as high as 2.5 to 3 cr , more job opportunities and more market demand . Data science and analytics is a dead career even world is jumping for llm.
