Looking for a Tech Co-Founder in exchange for equity

We are looking for a Tech Co-founder at our startup, It is in emotional wellness space (Marketplace for therapist), we are 2 co-founder with 10 years of experience in sales and management, but doesn't have the tech skillset to build out the next versions of the product or if there are any pivots or to add any new features.

More details:

1. we can offer equity as of now, since it is very early and doesn't have money to pay fulltime.
2. we are beta testing on android and Ios at this stage and the product is an app along with the dashboard to track metrics.
3. we need someone who can hands on build products from scratch and can take a plunge with us for the next 5-10 years period.
4. both the founders are based out of Delhi NCR, so would be great if you are also based out of Delhi NCR.
