Looking for advice

I am 38 (M), tier 1 engineering college, tier 1 MBA college, 15+ years of work experience mostly in startups, and a decent salary of 70L+ by my standards, more than enough to take care of my 5 year old son.

Somehow, I feel stagnant in my life right now from the learning point of view, the way the environment around us is changing, I believe I will be non-employable after I turn 45 or so.

I am clueless about what more to do. Seeking people's POV on this

I think you should be fine.
If you think the technology/type of work will change drastically in 7 years that you will become unemployable then you are wrong. Things will change but you would have time to adapt like the young folks, you should just be willing to evolve.

And in the worst case have some good investments and a side hustle which can become full time job if required.

Start building the fund as 70 is a great salary You can build enough corpus, try some side hustle or freelancing if possible

Following.. I am also sacred what would happen after I reach 45. Currently at 27.

I would try investing in some business( like a farmhouse, go-kart, golf arena, etc). Basically some get away things other folks with would try.

Also keep learning tech to whatever extent I can.
