I am a 2023 btech ece graduate .looking for graduate level role . I have knowledge in ERP , cloud, and tech support. I have worked 6 months as a intern in a small company and worked on dynamic 365 business central /nav customization, implementation and migration along with, azure,azure devops ,azure ai services .I am unemployed from Last 8 months due to TCS not honouring my lcs offer letter as they are delaying joining letter day by day.Any job news or referral will be helpful.
Your first step should be to improve your portfolio. Build some stuff, get it onto GitHub and add them to your resume.
Then start writing articles, get a medium or substack and publish. It is an fine even if they are absolute basic stuff, just make it interesting to read.
Also keep practicing your DSA and then start applying. A lot of tech support roles unfortunately have been impacted by AI bots. So it is best if you migrate to a better role.
