I am a 2024 graduate. I got a job of 8.55 lpa . I am from a tier 3 college. I regret not doing Competitive coding or open source. I was just doing leetcode questions and leetcode contest. I thought I could easily get 15 lpa job ( my bad ) . But now I want to switch from here within a year . What should I do ?
First , you are not lost dude. You have a job with a decent package. Many people don't even have that. So there is not even something to regret or be sad about?
You know where you can improve and what to do next, you have a path right. Do the job and upskill yourself
bro , I always have this regret that I didn't do cp in college although I don't like cp . But cp guys are getting very good packages

Are you crazy? There are so many girls and boys who are doing job for 3.5 LPA salary in IT sector. They are having financial issue, emotional breakdown and no family support. And here you are thinking you lost in your life even though you have good package and still you are a fresher, nobody is expecting from you to get crores at a first job. Also you seem like you belongs to upper middle class family.
