M2 pro screen causing headache

i have 2 laptops M1 pro and M2 Pro i am able to work long hours on M1 Pro without any headache but while using M2 Pro i get a headache within 30 min.

Not able to figure out why it is happening, the display settings are the same on both. Anyone facing such issues with M2 Pro?

I am assuming M1 is owned by you. While M2 one is given to you by your company for working 🤣

Yes that is enabled, but it's not helping much specific in one laptop, with other everything is fine

Ohhh, well i have 2 layers of filter on screen by using a polarized film also.

Also i have a blue rays specific eyewear.

I’m a bit more careful in this regard, so total 3 layer of defense . Check what works for you

Check out ledstrain.org - this issue is by no means isolated. There are tons of people who have reported this, and seems to be getting worse as display tech advances.

I use Flux for yellow light filtering. Helped me.

I have an M1, by the way. Had the same issue when I moved from my Intel 15”
