Maids have more gangism and work offers than educated people and they can easily threaten to leave any workplace rather than working hard like corporate people who actually are sitting in fear of layoffs
Imagine if employees make a gang and threaten their workplace that we won’t be working for you instead of the company firing them now that makes more sense then only companies will understand the value of their employees

That’s because they don’t give a shit about anything . We should also learn from them. Most people here can easily save lakhs, or even 10 lakh+ a year. Why are you worried about layoffs then?
