Mainframe Modernization

Hi guys, I a mainframe developer with 5 YOE mostly working on mainframe modernization projects in cloud environment and my CCTC is 8 LPA and i feel I am underpaid a lot.

Can you guys help in understanding the market range for my skill set.

You're underpaid. With your skills and experience, you should aim for 15-25 LPA. Consider negotiating or exploring new opportunities. Your expertise is valuable in the market.
