
Best ways/ resources for MBBK consultants to find exit opportunities?
Hi all, just wanted to check how do folks from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney (and other similar consulting firms) find exit opportunities?
How many percent of MBB consultants leave consulting within 3 to 4 of joining the firm , as I heard that good Consulting firms offer great exit opportunities , so how many of them get exit keeping in mind the compensation package , work life balance and other things , are they earn good enough within initial years so they can buy a good house in posh locality ???

Yep, most spend 2 years at MBB Although of course, there are people who stick around till Partner. Average is still 2
Exits are great. They end up getting a similar compensation, as comp at MBB is already quite high.
Posh locality - yes if they’re in Bangalore. No if they’re in Mumbai. And no, in 2 years nobody makes enough money for a house, that’s a long game.
