From someone who has 11 years of work experience and has given their fair share of interviews, all I would say is interviews are completely different thing from once you are inside the company. Interviews can be tough specially if you are interviewing after a long time or aren’t prepared. But the more interviews you give the more idea you will get about what is being asked in your area of experience. And more refined and well thought out your answers will become. Initial interviews can feel morale shattering but that’s okay. Use the questions asked in those interview to better prepare yourself. And once you are inside the company I don’t think you will have any issues given that you worked for 4 years in an IT company without really investing mind. All the best.
