How accurate is the latest report? You can access it for free on their website. I'm gonna use that report to discuss my appraisals with my manager. Do y'all plan on using that as well?

It mentions 30-60 lakhs salary range for SDEs with 4-10 yoe (page 84). Is the data accurate? Pretty insightful report regardless.
