There is no market boom. Just because stocks are at all time high doesn't mean market is good.
US market is sustaining since they are printing money. It will collapse very bad, if FED doesn't reduce the interest rates. We shall know by September.

My advice, don't specifically target MANGA. Instead, target a place where you'd find interesting problems to solve.
People from mid and top management (with fat paycheques) across org laid off on friday & today. About 100-120 people affected.
