Middle-office Investment Banking in India

Hey folks! Would be great if some insiders could spill the tea on MO roles in India. I've only heard of JPMC's CRG, would love to know how other banks function. Also, are summer analyst programs for undergrads a thing here in India? How are the jobs and what is the skillset one could acquire after a couple of years? What are the possible exit ops?
