You haven't seen best of minimalist designs. I think it is top tier design ability to hold back and let empty spaces do the talking

I agree. Most of the time it kills the character of the thing/company/place etc

All houses these days look so boring. I visited Pondicherry and I saw the houses there. So unique and each had it's own story.

Similarly for apps, most app these days try to have minimal logos with one alphabet in some sleek font. There are few colour schemes that are repeated. Like it will be red white or orange white or blue white. If it's fashion, then it will be pink.

And website try to go for sleek look but then they have so much junk code in the back for one animation. It's ironic. I have visited sites of some niche hotels and those had such great website where like the website is sort of like their hotel layout. You enter the door, go left to the stairs to check the rooms. Look outside the window to see nearby things to do. And it had sound of streets etc. So cool.

I miss detailed designs man!!!

Exactly my thoughts man. All cafe’s looks same, all apps more or less looks same. Not sure where are we heading to
