Rent situation in Koramangala
Hey guys!! I'll be relocating to Bangalore next month. Please drop your views/opinions/suggestions on rent situation in Koramangala
:)
Hey viners, lived in Koramangala for about 2 years now. Bangalore isn't my native, and I don't really need to go to office everyday (optional as of now). Early post covid rented house, hence not having a bloated expense now in terms of monthly rent. But I really want to move out of Koramangala, it's so much NOISE and I'm not really the party animal. Apne ko shanti chahiye, peaceful locality. But aukat comes into play and I can't really afford to live in a posh gated society/ residential area. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Electronic City. U can pick a comfortable gated society at the price you are paying at Koramangala
Hennur, Banaswadi, Bhartiya City, and more of North Bengaluru
Marathahalli, mahadevpura, CV Raman nagar are decent options
Both areas have become pretty expensive after Whitefield metro started
Platinum City, peenya if you don’t mind living a little far from centre but it has metro just in front of the society, so easy commute to MG ROAD and Indiranagar and other places. Quite affordable and peaceful. Rents are 35ish for 3BHK give and take 2k

Which are areas which have affordable rents and okayish areas to live whose office is near Koramangala? Since I have heard Bangalore has lot of traffic problems, one should not stay much away from office.
I just joined oracle and my location is Oracle Tech Hub. I don't have to go in everyday. I want to know which areas would be better to live considering a balance between travel time and vibe?
Any other advice would also be appreciated.
Hello peeps,
I'm relocating to Bangalore early June. My office is in central Bangalore near Vidhana Soudha and my wife's office is in Marathahalli. I'd be commuting thrice a week and she'd be commuting twice a week to office.
