MS Dhoni's mindset

Can someone who’s studied MS Dhoni in more detail speak more about how he got where he did in life? He seems to be extremely calm and composed and a really successful leader at whichever team he leads.

I was shook by how calm he was throughout the CSK winning final.

How did a guy from such a small town end up becoming such a big legend even though he doesn’t have Virat or Sachin level talent.

Yep he has done all of those things really well for real. I wasn’t ever a fan, but I cannot help but admire him for how smart a person he is
