To all those who have received multiple offers and negotiated before, how do you guys negotiate with counter offers? How and when should we go to previous HR who gave the offer before, with the new counter offer to increase the previous offer? Please help!
Tell hr that you are very excited and looking forward to join the company but this number is holding me back, I already have an offer if you can match it, I will join. Make sure you have proper reason why do you don't want the other company.
