I got an job offer from another company but they want me to join within 45
days but our notice period is of 90 days. Is there something I can do to get early release? Please give some suggestions

Can i join a new company while being on notice period with my current employer? What are the implications?
Some employers have a buyback option available, where you can pay a fee to shorten or waive your notice period.
If this option exists, you could discuss it with them to see if it's a possibility for you. Just make sure to understand all the terms and conditions involved before making any decisions.
I assume you are from TCS. Being in TCS it's impossible to get an early release. As per my knowledge they don't even have a buyback option. If you are on a bench then it's possible to be released within 15 days.
As per policy you have to serve notice period..but if you request your manager if they agree to release then it will work..
