Pathetic, toxic.
You can end up working 24 hours a day because it is poorly managed.
Entire teams were laid off a couple months ago including quite a few folks from product and engg. No additional severance except garden leave for notice period.
It's a hire and fire culture. Cycle is around 6 months is what I've heard.
It's an extremely toxic place where it's a yes man ship for the founder, people laid off without any reason and severance. Even the head hr quit/fired 2 months ago, it's a no go place if u want to maintain your sanity
Heard new hr head is in place - how is he?
It's not a new hr head, just the erstwhile tech head ( a yes man himself with great bootlicking experience, hence he is still in the organization) who has been given the responsibility of head hr. I leave it to ur imagination how he will be.
It's the worst possible place you can work at. Toxic culture and full on politics. Zero work life balance. You work 7 days a week. No job security. Every day you have to prove yourself that you should not get fired. Managers and leadership are a bunch of idiots who can't manager for shit.
Read Glassdoor reviews, you will find everything you need to know

I read the glassdoor reviews and it says a bootlicking, inexperienced management and very bad work life balance. It also says good growth and good pay.
I try to stay optimistic and ask folks at Navi as to what is the ground reality. Can...
