Need Advice: Is it good to learn Azure Open AI

Hi Everyone, I seriously need some inputs, I am planning to switch to a different technology. Currently I am in a Support project and willing to learn Azure Cloud and Azure OpenAI.

I want to know what the prerequisites are for it. Do I need to learn coding C# or python for it?.

Will Azure Open AI jobs have good packages and sustainable jobs for the next few years?.
