I have been stuck in a bad project for an year now. Manager recently said that they would pull me in to another project with better tech which would take I think a 3-4 weeks to start and has told that I would be working on shared capacity between my old and new project till the old one completes which may take 3 months at least. I could secure another offer when I was earlier stuck with my old project but the offer isn’t lucrative in terms of money and close to no difference with my current package but the work and tech is good and offers wfh option as well.
