I have made 7 switches in 8yrs as a web developer and feel like switching again.

3.3 years into Capgemini 1.3 to years into TCS Since 7 months working in Infosys
But here I didn't like the work culture and project and micromanagement.

There is no right or wrong time to switch. Focus on how you want to grow your career and articulate that well. Express your enthusiasm to contribute to the role during the discussion
Leave before its too late I was in a similar situation and now I am facing the trouble
If you do not feel like working in this project, maybe talk to your manager and HR and convey them the same. If it is possible to move to some other project, you can try that.
If not, you can always look out.
Even if you start now, it might take you 1-2 months to land a better opportunity and then you will need to serve 3 months NP.
That will make your experience as 1 year here which is absolutely fine.
So go for it. Not a big deal.
