Why do you want to change?

What are your answers, if you are switching after 2-3 years, just for monetary reasons which is/are acceptable to HRs. Currently working as a Java backend developer with latest tech.

Well, no one switches just for money. No one! There's always more. You can leave the money part while talking to HR bcoz it's an obvious thing but at the same time calling it out makes you a shallow person to them.

While talking to them, mention the other reasons you had - stagnant work, tasks have become repetitive, not enough learning opportunities here etc etc, whatever is the reason for you

What are you talking about? I have always switched just for money.

I see, I have met someone finally who switches for the money it seems. Haven't seen a person like that till date, but I am still in my 20s, people I have seen are ones who switch bcoz they got bored doing same work or whose growth have stopped. They never did solely for money

"Monetary reasons" is villager language.

Say this - "I'm exploring growth opportunities and expanding my horizon".
