Need guidance due to medical emergency and cancer

Hi guys, currently I'm caring for my mother who is undergoing treatment for cancer. She's in need of extreme care and to be honest I don't want to miss any second I have with her.

The company has a policy for 3 day WFO hybrid, but was fortunate to get permission for WFH on an extension basis till now. Renewing permission is hopeful but not confirmed.

I'm constantly under pressure that they may call me to the office at any moment and I'll have to leave the job. Also the burden of medical expenses has been bearing down quite a lot! Been trying to see if anyone hires WFH junior level engineers currently but no luck, most companies are preferring 'no strings attached', diversity hiring or insane experience and skills.

Any help / guidance on what to study where to apply and which companies might consider my situation genuine and support would be extremely helpful and will be eternally grateful.

I've been applying to companies but only getting rejection mails without even an OA.
