Hi All, I have offer from Accenture but I have one year old twins baby, so is the Accenture provide me WFH facility or transfer to nagpur location where my family is leaving.
I talked with my HR she told me after getting project it depends on the project.
So please anybody help me what are the flexibility with Accenture woman employee.
As in my current organisation "TCS" I got 6 month maternity leave and 6 month WFH but now they are not providing WFH so I want to switch and looking for other job.

You can apply for transfer of base location.
Plus, WFO is not mandatory!
