Hello grapeviners, need guidance on the below situation.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ from Flipkart on 26th Jan and got it delivered to my address in Bangalore on 30th. 3rd Feb morning it develops a blue line on display and I contact Flipkart asking for a replacement/refund. They redirect me to Samsung Service Centre for a resolution.
I went to the Samsung authorised service center (ASC) on 3rd and they asked me for time till today for issuing a Dead on Arrival certificate which they mention is the process for any purchase be it online or offline. The ly said I need to present the DOA certificate along with the sealed device (done by ASC) to the place where I have purchased from (FK in this case) and then they process for replacement.
Now, I have uploaded the DOA certificate but Flipkart keeps redirecting me to Samsung for resolution. How do I tackle this, any person at Flipkart whom I can contact to get this resolved? If Flipkart doesn't resolve this, last option is to put it on LinkedIn tagging the leadership of Flipkart along with putting it on twitter. Need urgent help as I purchased this device after a lot of back and forth in my mind and it's killing me now!
