I have been working at remote startup for last 1.5 years which is at the tail end of its life.
I'm 24 years old and I feel like at I don't work enough. Being from a tier 3 college, I know that the only way forward for me is to work really hard. I got this well paid gig but everyone here slacks and does half assed work.
So fellow grapeviners tell me what should I do?
- Look for another job which will probably land me in another mediocre job.
- Work part time for someone else's startup (I REALLY don't mind not getting paid for this / paying peanuts). As long as I get plenty of work with other motivated folks. I'm open for such gigs if any of you folks need a good mobile dev. (Also open to be a full stack dev)
- Stop whining and enjoy the "work-life balance". I hate this option because full disclosure : I don't have a life outside work lol.
Hoping to hear insightful opinions from you folks!
