Hi,i recently have accepted a offer with 30% hike. It is a business development role. Currently i am in Account management/ operations role. This new company is in different industry but the responsibility are same + sales.
This new company is not very known. Current company too is not known. My current company has offered me 10-12 % hike.
Should i accept the 30% offer & switch or talk to my management once and see if they increase the % and stay here.
I am too confused to decide. Can anyone please help me in this. This is my 2nd organization.
Ps. I am on notice period, but i can withdraw it.
Try for 20% hike and stay if they offer it. New place is always a risk.
