At present i feel like I’m struck in my career. Was just thinking of upskilling in different areas rather than my current tech (Pega platform- a nocode low code bpm tool) . Its been 2years in same company started as a fresher. I feel like i need to shift to other company but problem is i didn’t upskilled upto the mark in different domains and for shifting in cueerent domain my company is best in market for using pega.
Just need some advice. TIA
The skill u r currently possessing is good...People are thinking to migrate pega and u r thinking otherwise ... But still if u want to enjoy coding more u can go for some other tech
Bro u sure? Coz my team lead insisting try other tech too as this is jyst bpm tool and not so many companies are using it
Try other tech nevertheless. It wont subtract from pega skills
Bro you can try upskilling yourself in coding related if you want to on different tech stacks like MERN or Django, java springboot or golang according to market in 3 4 months by doing some hands on and then start looking for change
