29 LPA would not guarantee a decent workplace. He / She must be asking in terms of WLB and good work culture. Don't answer of you don't like the qs. Atleast don't misguide people. Atlast we employees only have each other. There's no one else for us.

working from a client location is not easy!! there will be stricter restrictions on movement within the location. Additionally, there will be lot of micromanagement both from IBM and the client. Make a more informed choice by looking for team members who are already working from the client location.
