Need suggestion: Currently my CCTC is 20.6 fixed in Deloitte USI.Got an offer from IBM for 29 lacs fixed.But the only constriant is its on client location .Is it worth considering and leave deloitte?

working from a client location is not easy!! there will be stricter restrictions on movement within the location. Additionally, there will be lot of micromanagement both from IBM and the client. Make a more informed choice by looking for team members who are already working from the client location.
