Need to know PIP culture and rating in walmart global tech india

hi i recently joined walmart as sde 3 , i will say interview bar was kind of low and also heard lot of negative reviews in glassdoor about pip and silent layoffs in walmart in the past year(kind of getting mixed reviews for the same). Is certain perecentage of people put in pip in walmart like amazon , or is it becoming quite frequent due to restructuring.(silent layoffs) It will be really helpful. Are they are not providing stocks or bonus to some employees ? How people in oportunity works? How much is work pressure as in general? If u have any idea on any of these above point please reply, it will be highly helpful Thanks
