Need to understand actual variable payout in Accenture India?

I have got an offer from Accenture India where 27% of package is variable pay. So how much payout generally Accenture gives on ground reality?

Please let me know. Which parameters are involved?

Go for more fixed, negotiate on VP. VP depends on how you perform, your tuning with your manager and company's performance. It also depends on your CL actually.

At CL 8 & 9 - considering your performance is good, got a good rapport with your manager and company is also doing well you'll get good VP ~ 16%> but if not then 8% is average.

They are offering me level 8 and fixed component is 33.5 LPA and rest 9 lakh is variable component . How is this offer?

This is good. 33.5 is at par. I know few folks are at 36-38 too but that’s due to their college and they are in S&C

Yeah, Accenture variable pay is based on performance. 27% variable pay is a lot. But, woh aapko at the end of the year milega. If you’re not okay with that, you can negotiate to increase the fixed pay. 90% chances ki they won’t agree, but aap try karo.

I don’t work in Accenture so can’t really say about Accenture variable pay. But, the company that I work for gives a variable pay of 15%. It is based on our performance mostly. I have been doing OTs for like two three months and that’s why at the end of the year I receive 15% as variable pay.

I have no idea about Accenture variable pay. But, the company I work in we get 20% variable pay. Based on performance we get variable pay, this includes incentives for overtime shifts and more.

I have been working at Accenture for a long time now and the Accenture variable pay is based mostly on performance. I get 20% as variable pay. But, I’m not really sure about the range for variable pay. I think it is 0-27%.

Accenture Variable pay

Hi everyone,

Could someone please help me understand the actual amount of variable pay we receive at Accenture Strategy? The offer states it as 0-27%, but I'm looking for a realistic figure.
