What are things that you need to collect from your organisation after resignation ex: any documents?

  • Your offer letter/ appointment letter,
  • Salary slips of minimum last 6 months,
  • Any promotion letter
  • Any increment letter (with salary slips pre and post increment)
  • Any certificates of accomplishment/ PDF of email by managers where you/your work is praised (good to have)

Apart from this, any other thing you may feel would be relevant to prove your employment or claims made in the resume/ interview stage, having a proof of them is a good practice.
