Need your suggestions

I'm a b sc graduate. I'm currently working in a company for 2.52LPA. In- hand is literally 17.2k. I completed two years in Feb 2024. Now I have 2 YOE but no proper skill, with no proper working experience. I going nowhere staying here in the current company. Should I resign now and upskill or Should I upskill,get another offer and then resign. Please pour your suggestions. Also, please tell which technology can I pick and start learning. I strongly feel like it's now or never.

If you like server side of things Learn nodejs/spring boot

If you like the Ui side Go for reactjs/nextjs

Plenty of jobs are there. Be good at them and then switch. If you grind real hard, 3 months is more than enough to have intermediate experience in any given stack

Easy and demanding technologies are Python, Java, JavaScript. Start with anyone.
