New framework and language to learn

Hi guys, I am currently working as a data engineer in Deloitte and have worked as a backend developer at a startup before. I really enjoyed backend development and want to get back into it. I am fairly good at Ruby on Rails. I’m looking to learn a new framework that is more in demand in the market right now. Which framework would you all suggest?

Is ROR actually being used in industry right now?

As far as I know, some start ups use it simply because it is convenient. But I don’t think it’s used by a lot of other firms.

Rails, ROR if you know and are good at it then you are having niche skills because there are less folks in the market and you will always get a job (and may be with a good compensation)
From a market perspective, Spring ecosystem, Nodejs/Typescript, Go

If you already know ROR then it's better to learn Rails framework for development, it will be easy n quick for you to get back
